Does Digimo replace the notaire?

No. It prepares the dossier the notaire will read, and shows you what they are likely to ask. The notaire still decides.

What if Digimo reads something wrong?

Every fact opens on the page it came from, so you can check it in a click. Correct it and Digimo keeps the change, with your name and the value before.

Which documents can I add?

PDFs, scans and photos, from you, the seller or the syndic. Digimo recognises 110+ kinds and files each one where it belongs.

Do sellers and syndics need an account?

No. They get a drop-off link for the documents you asked for, and nothing else.

Is it only for flats?

No. Flats in a condominium, houses and plots: Digimo knows which documents each one needs.

What happens to my dossiers if I stop?

They stay available, with their history. You only need a credit to open a new one.
