Cookies

A cookie is a small file your browser keeps for a site; local storage is its neighbour, with no expiry date. Here is what Digimo puts there.
On this site
No cookie. The site has no audience measurement, loads nothing from another domain (its fonts are hosted here), and sets no tracker. So there is no banner: there is nothing to accept.
One thing only is written to local storage, on the help centre pages: your light or dark display choice (starlight-theme). It is not a tracker, and it never leaves your browser.
The two outbound links — the booking calendar (SmartAgenda) and the application — lead to services that apply their own rules.
In the application
The application uses only cookies strictly necessary to its operation, which require no consent, plus a few display preferences in local storage. No advertising cookie, no third-party tracker, and no audience-measurement cookie.

sb-…-auth-token-redirect-path |
The page to return you to after sign-in | The time of the sign-in |

Light or dark display | 1 year |

The last dossier opened, to return to it | 30 days |
selectedTeamId |
The agency shown, if you belong to several | 30 days |
sidebarCollapsed, inboxOpen, viewportNarrow |
The state of the interface panels | 30 days |
In local storage, the application keeps interface preferences, such as the view and sort of the dossier list, the width of a panel, or the fact that you closed a guide. None of it holds the content of a dossier, and none of it leaves your browser.
Usage measurement
To know what is used and what fails, the application sends PostHog (hosted in the European Union) the screens opened and the actions taken, tied to your account. This measurement sets neither a cookie nor local storage: it exists only for the open tab. It never sees a dossier (no capture of clicked text, no session recording, error messages redacted), and nothing is measured on the drop-off page used by outside parties. The privacy policy gives its basis and duration.
Your choices
You can clear these cookies at any time in your browser; you will then be signed out and your preferences will return to their defaults. Blocking them prevents sign-in, since the session depends on them. Local storage is cleared the same way.
