The site, the application and its API are hosted by Railway Corp., 1 Letterman Drive, San Francisco, CA 94129, United States — railway.com. Digimo’s services run in the EU West (Amsterdam) region, in the Netherlands.

The database, user accounts and uploaded files are hosted by Supabase Inc., 970 Toa Payoh North #07-04, Singapore 318992 — supabase.com, in the eu-west-3 region (Paris, France) of Amazon Web Services.

The other providers that process data for Digimo, and where they do it, are listed in the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

The site, the application, their code, their visual identity, the texts and the illustrations belong to the publisher and are protected by the French intellectual property code. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without the publisher’s written consent is prohibited. Documents uploaded to the application by its users remain the property of their authors and holders; the terms say what Digimo does with them.

“Digimo” is a trademark of the publisher. The brands named on the site (Claude, ChatGPT, MyNotary…) belong to their respective owners; naming them describes a compatibility, not a partnership.

Credits

The Erode and General Sans typefaces are used under the Fontshare Free Font License of the Indian Type Foundry. The building on the home page is an original drawing; the “12 rue des Lilas” dossier is fictional, and so are its documents.
